Veteran political leader Kabando wa Kabando has washed President Uhuru Kenyatta’s dirty linen on live TV revealing even the most guarded secrets.

Speaking during an interview on Citizen TV with Jeff Koinange, Kabando first dropped a bombshell insisting that President Uhuru does not plan to exit the political scene in 2022. Justify his point, Kabando said that the head of state was scheming to use the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) to get a plum position in the next government. He went on to claim that BBI was mainly focused on tackling electoral reforms which were creating more positions for Uhuru and his allies.

Kabando went further to insist that President Uhuru did not win the 2017 General election. In his opinion, NASA won. So the idea of the handshake with the Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga was to bring neglected communities on board but it has not happened.

In the 2022 Presidential endorsement of the NASA coalition, Kabando insisted that the Coalition is state-managed. On the same note, Kabando revealed that President Uhuru has been grooming Baringo Senator Gideon Moi to succeed him. His support to the son of the former President Daniel Moi is a payback to the family.

In his sober debate, Kabando also claimed that the people who are running dry the public coffers are people close to the President and most of them are family members who are untouchable.

On the recent fallout in the Mt Kenya region, Kabando claimed that President Uhuru has betrayed his community which stood by him both in the 2013 General election and 2017. He went on to debunk the idea that the Mt Kenya region has always voted as a block.

Kabando has revealed that he once tried to talk to President Uhuru to solve the electoral reforms even before the 2015 General election.

To finalize his submission, Kabando said that Uhuru hates his own people who defended him.
