Prof. Makau Mutua has exposed some of the previously made statements by Dr David Ndii on Twitter, saying the renowned Kenyan economist has been out of the game for too long.

Nobody understands the sudden change of heart. Just the other day Dr Ndii was out to make it look like DP Ruto was the bad guy. Today, DP Ruto has selected him to help in drafting his 2022 campaign strategies and economic blueprints.

Back to Dr Ndii’s survival gimmicks, while in an interview with TV47, Dr Ndii made some comments that have since made a majority of his follower question his stand on corruption. Economist David Ndii said, “I am for an amnesty on past corruption for everyone including DP Ruto. It is time for us to draw a line between past corruptions.”

Dr Ndii said nothing was personal between him and DP Ruto.
There is nothing like past corruption, corruption is corruption, and as long as the matter is still in court, there is no way it can be classified as past corruption.
What did he mean when he said past corruption?
Most corruption cases are still pending in our courts. What direction should some of these cases take?
The most important this is to ensure all cases are determined within the stipulated time to ensure fraud like David Ndii does not have any chances of referring to any case as past corruption cases.
