According to the father, the daughter arrived home at around 10 Pm in the night before locking herself in the bathroom.

The retired police officer claimed that indeed his daughter Caroline Kangogo committed suicide and that there was no foul play as is being alleged by section of Kenyans. As a result, Barnabas Kibor affirmed that it was not possible for anyone else to kill Caroline Kangogo then lock the door from inside.

He added that he had credible evidence from one of the bodaboda riders who confessed to him that he carried her.

This statement by Kangogo’s father contradicted what the police officers had reported that the killer cop arrived home at 5AM in the morning.
