Daniel Ndambuki dared him to imitate a current leader and the lawmaker opted for the Health CS who has become a darling to many.

KJ started off with Kagwe’s famous phrase that many people have made a joke in social media. “If you continue to behave normally, this disease will treat us abnormally. Really, really,” imitated KJ.

The lawmaker also continued with one of the pressers further and he brought out Kagwe’s accent and interventions perfectly. “In the last 24 hours, we have conducted 1,000 tests of which 24 have returned positive and our people are taking this thing so lightly.

People are going to eateries and orders one sausage and two beers before moving to the next for the same order,” added the lawmaker. In March 2020, KJ found himself in hot soup with Kagwe for spreading panic and criticising the government over the pandemic.

The MP claimed that there were 7000 people in quarantine contradicting the government’s number of 2050 individuals. Kagwe did not spare him and lashed out at the MP during saying it was wrong for anyone to view the fight against COVID-19 as a government affair since it was not.
