The Mombasa woman by the name Evelyn Ikandi Evermwende who threatened to sue president Uhuru Kenyatta over child support has taken a swipe at married men to stop using women.
According to Evelyn Ikandi, as much as single women don’t like breaking fellow womens’ homes, men especially politicians date these women only to dump them later after getting the positions.
Ikandi wondered why these men only talk of their marriage after they become successful and using single mothers.
“Married men! Today I’ve woken up with you in mind. We respect your marriages, alot. We single moms especially those who were once married fear breaking another womans home.” She wrote.
“Wachana na hawa waschana after a good time,am talking of mature mamas. It starts with business deals, some projects together sometimes inaanzia kwa campaigns(yes passionately campaigning for a mweshimiwa).”
“Then the deal ripens, the project pulls through, the politician gets elected. That’s when you remember you are married, you forget about the woman who put her all to support you, risked her life, took her loan.”
‘Whatever you do after “using” this woman, never use your wife to put her off. It hurts a woman to pieces. You married woman who “eats” the sweat of that single girl/mama then starts calling her to leave your husband alone, God is watching.”
“The late Carol(may she R.I.P) could have been a victim of such. Not all single moms are after your husbands. Sometimes ni biashara tu. And you sweet single mamas, please contract with these men before that transaction/project.”
“Write it down, have a witness if possible. And when he starts making sexual advances during that transaction, drop him as your business partner. Weekend njema wapendwa!”
According to Evelyn Ikandi Evermwende, her efforts to meet the president had not been successful and was only left with the choice of seeking court intervention.
“Mr President,Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta, at the coast this weekend. Please address this issue before you go back to your station in Nairobi. Do you recognize that these two children,Fadhili Jomo and Ahadi Maria came into this world via you? Sir,am really tired of being followed around by people affiliated to you.My life has been hanging.” Wrote the woman.
Evelyn Ikandi added that she has done all she can in her capacity to provide for the twins but whatever she has is never enough since she also shares the same with other suffering Kenyans.
“I do nothing peacefully because nafuatwa usiku na mchana. After realizing that you weren’t taking responsibility, I worked hard as the woman I am. I do anything within my ability to earn an income for my children.
“Unfortunately, I can’t do it peacefully. They imagine it’s your money yet I hustle on my own. So if you were supporting these children and i decided to share a portion of “their food” to other suffering Kenyans like those i worked with at Diani recovery centre?Should I die because of these children?
