A judge has cautioned widows living in Eldoret to avoid one Vincent Kiriago Mogambi in any way possible.
The warning came after the court found that the man preys on widows and deceives them into singing off their wealth.
“What widows need most at their time of distress is a helper who can shower them with love and offer support not deceitful and thieving men whose main goal is to strike at vulnerable widows,” the judge said.
In the case before the court, Elizabeth Afandi Kayiya moved to court against Vincent accusing him of registering her properties under his name.
Kayiya whose husband had passed told the court that she cohabited with Vincent whom she accused of betraying the trust she had in him.
